The Standard Y axis automatic screen printer is equipped with a new-type floating squeegee which adopts PID control. And a wide-view camera , installed in the squeegee head of machine, can move in the X axis. The Machine can scan the whole PCB board, which is convenient for matching MARKs, automatic PIN functions and barcode functions. In allusion to some areas on the PCB that require dispensing, piezoelectric dispensing valve can be installed to achieve precise dispensing function; Automatic PIN function and X-axis moving automatic solder paste adding function can be opted for. |
